What We Do

What we do

Here are some points that highlight the work done by our organization:

  • Skill Training - We imparting skill-based training to youth in multiple vocational areas to promote employment of rural areas and for creation of skilled manpower
  • Hand Holding - Hand holding plays a major role in supporting karigars, SHG's , Youth to sustain themselves and become self-reliant. a significant proportion of them could set up viable self-employment activities.
  • Support to SHG- A self-help group is an independent voluntary association formed by women from the same socio-economic background who come together to the purpose of solving their common problems. As an NGO we support in accessing credit to the poor and thus, play a critical role in poverty alleviation. We help the SHG groups to build social capital among the poor, especially women. This empowers women and gives them greater voice in the society .
  • Sales support to Karigars - As an NGO we aim to provide sales and marketing related knowledge to the karigars. Most of the karigars in India who belongs to various sectors are unable to properly sale and market their products due to financial, geographical, demographical and social barriers, We emphasize to give them a platform to gather more knowledge of digital marketing and E commerce facilities, also we work as a bridge in between the karigars and the consumers to sale their products in a fair price which will enable them a sustainable livelihood.
  • Women Empowerment- Women's empowerment may be defined in several ways, including accepting women's viewpoints, making an effort to seek them and raising the status of women through education, awareness, literacy, and training We work to alleviate poverty among women and also focuses on advocating the women’s rights. Our goal is to brought important changes in the lives of women. We play a significant and meaningful role towards promoting self-employment of women by giving them ample opportunities to avail govt. and public initiatives.

  • Farmer Support- Our NGO works with farmers in rain-fed and irrigated areas to facilitate the adoption of advanced agricultural practices, including crop production management, soil health management, input-use efficiency, small farm mechanization, horticultural development, water-efficient irrigation techniques, livestock management etc, we also provide them knowledge and practical training to understand their benefits given by govt.
  • Eradicating Poverty - We help in reducing poverty in a variety of pathways including access to water supply and sanitation facilities, improving nutrition, education, health facilities, skill training, generating incomes, as well as access to business facilities. We aim to provide proper networking and support to the lower class of the society to help achieve their livelihood. Our multiple components works with a motive of creating a sustainable economic balance in society.
  • Welfare of SC/ST/OBC - Scheduled castes are those castes/races in the country that suffer from extreme social, educational and economic backwardness arising out of age-old practice of untouchability and certain others on account of lack of infrastructure facilities and geographical isolation, and who need special consideration for safeguarding their interests and for their accelerated socio-economic development. We work for social, economic and cultural development of the people belonging to SC and OBC by giving them opportunities to avail various Govt. and non govt. schemes which has been implemented for their benefits but due to lack of knowledge and education they are unable to avail them.
  • Elderly care - Our organization works for the disadvantaged older persons to improve their quality of life aiming to create a society where the elderly have the right to an active, healthy and dignified life. Our goal is to provide them shelter, food and health care hence we are constantly working in building better facilities for them and give them voluntary support.
